LIVE TICKET DROPS · LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Who we are
Live Ticket Drops is operated by JHMN London Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08960007. Its registered office is C/O The McCay Partnership, Unit 24, Capital Business Centre, 22 Carlton Road, South Croydon, Surrey, CR2 0BS.
JHMN London Limited is the data controller for personal information collected by Live Ticket Drops. Privacy queries can be sent to [email protected].
2. Personal information we collect
When you sign up for our early-access mailing list we collect your email address, your choice to consent to marketing and information about your registration and email confirmation (which may include the date and time and the version of the form or consent wording). You can choose not to subscribe. At present, the sign-up form does not request your name, postcode or event preferences.
When you use the website, we and our service providers may process IP address, browser and device information, security signals and basic access logs to deliver the site, detect automated activity and prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information as part of verifying that a submission is genuine.
3. Why we use this information and our lawful basis
We use email addresses to send Live Ticket Drops launch information, news and relevant ticket or event opportunities only when you have opted in. Our lawful basis for this promotional email activity is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
We process necessary website, anti-spam and security information in our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website, preventing abuse and protecting our systems and visitors. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law.
4. Who receives your information
We use Brevo to host our sign-up form, manage mailing-list subscriptions, process opt-in confirmations and send marketing messages. We use Cloudflare for website hosting, email forwarding, security and the Turnstile anti-bot service. These providers process relevant information to provide their services. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not sell our subscriber list or disclose it to event operators for their own marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.
5. Overseas processing and transfers
Our providers operate internationally, so personal information may be processed or accessed outside the United Kingdom. Where UK law requires safeguards for a restricted transfer, we use applicable measures such as a UK adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual transfer safeguards. For further information about transfers relating to your data, contact [email protected].
6. How long we retain information
We keep subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed and we need it to provide the updates you have requested. We periodically review our lists and remove information that is no longer necessary. If you withdraw consent, we stop sending marketing emails and may keep the minimum information necessary on a suppression list so that we can honour your choice and demonstrate compliance. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not added as confirmed subscribers through our double opt-in process; any temporary submission records are subject to service-provider retention controls and our periodic review.
7. Your rights and complaints
Subject to the relevant conditions and exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can contact us at [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. Future ticketing services
Live Ticket Drops is currently collecting expressions of interest, not selling tickets through this website. If we introduce customer accounts, payments, ticket allocations or additional profile information, we will update this policy and provide any additional privacy information required before collecting that information.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or processing change. We will publish the revised date above and notify people of material changes where required.
